Current Classes
My main classes are taught in Sawley. However, I also work from home with one to one clients.
Session Details
Sawley daytime classes are based at the Sawley Community Centre, 81 Draycott Road
Tuesday at 12.30pm and Friday 9.30am
Evening Sessions at The White Lion, Tamworth Road
Tuesday 6.30pm - Thursday 6pm and 7pm
I offer Taster classes free of charge and £8.00 thereafter. The Taster can also be a one to one, as a beginner set class up or as a reminder if not taken part in a class for sometime.
All levels welcome, pilates experience not essential
Strength & Balance
Gentle fitness working with Age UK, based on the Otago Falls Prevention Programme and Seated exercises aiming to improve strength and balance. The sessions also include Pilates movements that stretch and improve posture and mobility.
Fun and fitness followed by tea and biscuits in a friendly atmosphere
Thursday 12.00pm and Friday 11.30am
£4.50 or £6.00 for both sessions,. First class free.
Both classes are held at Sawley Scouts Hall, Beresford Road.
Pre and Post-Natal
If you're waiting or experienced the happy event, a Pilates session can offer numerous advantages whichever stage you're at. Specialist exercises in a small class or one to one environment, relaxation techniques, Pilates will strengthen muscles, improve circulation, flexibility and breathing control.
Current sessions are on a one to one basis

What I teach
As a qualified pilates instructor, I offer a number of classes teaching traditional, classic pilates. Exercises interspersed with stretches, slow controlled movements that help to develop the deep stabilizing core muscles which strengthen and support the spine improving posture and flexibility.
I also teach Pre and Post-natal clients.
